Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchase your item to request a return for in store credit. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. Must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. ALL CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

-Any items marked "SALE" cannot be returned

-Accessories are final sale

-Customized products are final sale

-All original tags must still be attached

Shoe Returns: 

• All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels. 

• If you are returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed in another package/box for shipping to protect the shoe box. 

• If there are shipping stickers or labels on the shoe box, we will not accept a return.

Return Center:

To process a return,

1. Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you continue.

2. Simply send an email to backstreetkids.lv@gmail.com with “Return Request” in the subject line. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will reach out to you within 24-48hrs.
